Bucitoss is an electronic marketplace platform that connects consumers with licensed restaurant kitchens, stores ("Merchants"), and independent delivery riders. The commercial contract of sale of food items is formed strictly between the Customer and the Merchant.
All food preparation, packaging hygiene, ingredient disclosures, and compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI) are the sole legal responsibility of the respective Merchant.
All digital payments are processed through our licensed partner, Razorpay. Card data is tokenized using 256-bit bank encryption under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Supported modes include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and COD.
Orders can be cancelled prior to kitchen acceptance for a 100% full refund. Once cooking begins, orders cannot be cancelled due to food perishability. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days as per banking and Razorpay clearing cycles.
